REA2014 Registration

Pre-Registration Now Closed

Online registration for the 2014 Annual Meeting is now closed. You may still register onsite at the REA registration booth. You do not have to be a member of REA to register, though members get lower rates.

Registration Fee

You may register for the conference with or without the conference meal plan. In either case, registration for the conference includes all plenaries and sessions, access to conference proceedings, and the Saturday Reception. The optional meal plan includes the Community Luncheon, and the REA Annual Banquet. A free student breakfast is included with any student registration. REA membership dues cannot be paid on the same form with online registration but only according to instructions on the REA Members page. Accommodations are the responsibility of the attendee, more details are available on the accommodations page.

The optional conference meal plan costs an additional $50.

Payments

Participants may pay by credit card or check. The online form only accepts credit card payments via PayPal. Please note: you do not need a PayPal account to take advantage of online payment. You can pay through PayPal as a one-time-only guest.

To pay by check, make it payable to REA and send to Lucinda Huffaker, Religious Education Association, 409 Prospect, New Haven, CT 06511, along with your registration form.

Cancellations

All cancellations should be done in writing either by email or hardcopy. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after October 26, 2014.. Substitutions may be made without penalty.
