Conference attendees from the United States may choose to fly to Buffalo NY and drive into Canada for the Conference. US Domestic flights, coupled with a car rental m and gas, may prove a better financial than international flights to Toronto Canada. Check with your carriers for the best financial option. Note, the Conference Hotel has free shuttle from the Toronto Airport and also drivers must pay a daily parking fee (though there is ample parking at the hotel) so arranging a car pool from the airport may help alleviate costs. Driving affords greater options for those seeking offsite dining but there are a number of restaurants within a brisk walking distance of the hotel as well as a restaurant on site.
Travel from the Buffalo Niagara International Airport to the hotel takes about 2 hours normal driving. However, U.S. conference attendees should allow some additional time for crossing the Canada border and also remember to bring their passports to enter Canada by car.
