Pastoral Ministries Opening

The School of Theology and Ministry at St. Thomas University in Miami Gardens, FL, seeks applicants for a full-time faculty position in Pastoral Ministries at the rank of assistant professor for fall 2013. The position provides opportunities for teaching a wide range of courses in the BA, MA, MDiv, and PhD degree programs. Applicants are expected to have completed a terminal degree in Pastoral Studies or Pastoral Ministries at the time of appointment, and should exhibit strong competence in teaching as well as promise in scholarly research and publication. The ideal candidate will have experience in ministry supervision and professional pastoral formation. The candidate is expected to work collaboratively and creatively with colleagues and support the School of Theology and Ministry’s commitment to inclusiveness, social justice, and ecumenical collaboration.
