The British Journal of Religious Education has announced a call for papers for a special issue focused on “Genders, Sexualities and Religious Education: Theory, Policy and Practice.” This is a theme much in line with our most recent annual meeting. Mary Hess, the REA networking coordinator, is one of the editors for this issue. The deadline to submit an abstract proposal is December 13, 2021, with acceptances announced in March of 2022, and final papers due in July of 2023. This is a robust timeline, and the call has a lot of useful detail. More information is available online.
