REA mourns the loss of former member Regina Coll, who passed away on Aug. 8 at the age of 93. Dr. Coll was a Catholic Sister of St. Joseph of Brentwood, New Jersey, and an accomplished scholar and teacher who was active in the Association of Professors and Researchers in Religious Education (APRRE). Her books included Supervision of Ministry Students (1992) and Christianity and Feminism in Conversation (1994). She published articles in Religious Education and a number of other venues on education and empowerment, feminism and the role of symbols, etc. Regina was a strong and gracious presence to all who knew her.
