REA Congratulates Horizons Fellows!
The Leadership Team for the grant-funded project, “Writing Between the Avant– and Arrière-Garde: Supporting Religious Education Scholars Who Write at the Intersections of Religious Teaching and Learning,” is delighted to announce the six accepted REA Horizons Fellows. They are Drs. Patricia Bonilla, Miseon Choi, Jana Howson, Chynaah Maryoung-Cooke, Karen Mosby, and Jeniffer Wowor. Over the coming year they will engage in a variety of grant-supported activities, including mentoring by senior scholars, peer collaboration, a 2-day Writing Retreat, and professional writing consultation as they develop manuscript proposals for the REA Horizons book series. They will be introduced at the Publications session of the REA online annual meeting in July. The project is funded by a grant from the Wabash Center for Teaching and Learning. Congratulations to the accepted Fellows and thanks to all who applied in a highly competitive field.
