Boston University School of Theology seeks a post-doctoral Research Fellow for a period of three years, beginning June 1, 2012. The Fellow will work under the auspices of BU’s Center for Practical Theology and in collaboration with the Congregational Studies Team, an independent scholarly network, to direct the creation of a web-based pedagogical resource to enhance research and teaching on congregations and other communities of faith. The Fellow will oversee design, solicit content from a wide range of scholars and practitioners, and develop innovative web-based learning tools. The successful candidate will hold a PhD or ThD in a relevant field, have familiarity with congregational studies research, and be able to demonstrate facility in web-based technologies. It is anticipated that appointment will be made at the rank of Research Assistant Professor.
