Loyola Institute for Ministry (LIM) of Loyola University New Orleans invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor of Pastoral Studies with a focus on young adult ministry. This position supports a grant project funded by the Lilly Endowment, Inc. entitled “F.I.E.L.D.: Faithful Innovation through Encountering, Listening, and Discerning: Practicing Synodality in Ministry with Young Adults.” The purpose of this project is to collaborate with parishes across the country to become more synodal and create innovative ministries and initiatives in ministry with young adults marked by synodality. This position will be funded for five years.
