The  deadline for submission of proposals for presentations at the 2012 Religious Education Association meeting has been extended to May 15, 2012, 11PM eastern. Please be reminded that the deadline for submission of proposals for presentations at the 2012 Religious Education Association meeting is May 1, 2012. The meeting, focusing on the theme “Let Freedom Ring” will take place November 2-4, 2012 at the Sheraton Atlanta Hotel, Atlanta, Georgia. Spend the month of July in New York working on a research or writing project related to the theme, “The Role of Religion in Social Movements,” with access to libraries and research facilities at Columbia University, Union, Auburn, and Jewish Theological Seminaries. Fellowship includes room, board and support staff.  Application deadline is February 1, 2012.
