Registration

Online registration for the 2013 Annual Meeting is available (see below).  Early bird registration ended on September 15.  Registration fees increased to a flat fee of $200 (without meals) and $250 (with meals included)  on October 31st.  You can also register onsite at the REA registration booth for the flat fee of $200 (without meals).  You do not have to be a member of REA to register.

Registration Fee

You may register for the conference and the special conference meals together or separately.  Registration for the Conference without meals includes all plenaries and sessions, access to conference proceedings, and the Saturday Reception.  Registration fee for the Conference with meals adds the Community luncheon, and the REA banquet.  (The student breakfast is free and included with any student registration.)  REA membership dues cannot be paid with online registration but only according to instructions on the membership page of the website.   Accommodations are the responsibility of the attendee and can be made online or by calling the Westin Waltham Boston at (781) 290-5600.

Confirmations

You should receive a confirmation email when paying on-line. Please print it for your records. Additional confirmations will be granted upon request.

If you do not receive a confirmation email when paying on-line, please contact Sybrina Atwaters to be sure your registration is complete.

Payments

Participants may pay by credit card or check. The online form only accepts credit card payments via PayPal. Please note: you do not need a PayPal account to take advantage of this service. You can pay through PayPal as a one-time-only guest.

To pay by check, make it payable to REA and send to Lucinda Huffaker, Religious Education Association, 409 Prospect, New Haven, CT 06511, along with your registration form.

Cancellations

All cancellations should be done in writing either by email or hardcopy. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after October 26, 2013.. Substitutions may be made without penalty.
