Accommodations

The 2017 annual meeting will take place at the St. Louis Union Station Hotel, located at 1820 Market Street St. Louis Missouri (314-231-1234). Within sweeping archways, fresco and gold leaf detailing, mosaics and glass windows, the hotel provides a truly elegant experience in the heart of a bustling metropolitan area. Every guest room includes a work area, a flat screen TV, and spacious bathroom.

Room rates are $149 a night, not including tax. Please use this link to register. (leave the section “Special Accounts and Rates (optional)” blank).  Note that REA rooms are available only until October 3.  They will accept REA-rate reservations received after the cut-off date on a space available basis.

Transportation

There is a MetroLink train from the airport directly to Union Station, with a fare of $2.50 (instructions, maps, and so on available online). You will want to go from St. Louis Lambert International Airport, which is at 10701 Lambert Inter national Blvd, St. Louis County, 63145, to the station near the hotel, which is at 1820 Market St., St. Louis City, 63103).

Alternatively, you can take the Go Best Express shuttle, which offers a 10% discount on fares booked in advance.

To drive, take Interstate 70 East and exit at Tucker Avenue. Follow Tucker for about 1 mile to Market Street and make a right turn. Follow Market Street to 18th Street and the hotel will be on the left.

Valet parking is highly recommended and is available at the Main Grand Hall entrance on East-bound Market Street. If you choose to Self Park please do so behind Maggie O’Brien’s next to the hotel on 20th street, with overflow available in the South parking lot behind St. Louis Union Station (1 block away).
