Our meeting will take place at the Hyatt Regency Reston, and we have negotiated special rates with this hotel. Please use this link to access their reservations page, and note that our rate is $149 a night (plus taxes) and is good for November 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. The hotel may also be able to honor that rate for up to three days prior or three days following, depending on availability. This hotel is closest to Dulles airport in Washington, DC, and there is a free shuttle from that airport to the hotel. There are, however, at least two Hyatt shuttles from Dulles, so please make sure you are taking the one marked “Hyatt Regency Reston.”
If you are taking an Amtrak train, head for Union Station. Then you just take the Silver Line metro to Reston, and can catch a brief taxi from there to the hotel.
If you have to fly into Reagan National airport, you will need to allow a couple of hours to get from there to Reston.
This Hyatt has a fitness room and a lap pool, and there is a Panera Restaurant in the hotel, a Starbucks across the street, and several other restaurants in easy walking distance.
