Apply for REA Horizons Fellowship

REA Invites Applications from Early-Career Scholars and Advanced Doctoral Students for 6 Horizons Fellowships Supporting Writing for Teaching and Learning: Application Deadline March 24, 2025

The Horizons Book Series Co-Editorial Team of REA is excited to present the Project Guidelines, including information and a link to apply, for fellowships for a 2025-26 project funded by the Wabash Center for Teaching and Learning in Theology and Religion. The project’s title is “Writing Between the Avant– and Arrière-Garde: Supporting Religious Education Scholars Who Write at the Intersections of Religious Teaching and Learning.” Anchored by a 2-day Writing Retreat in Chicago (Aug. 22-24, 2025), the project will bring 6 emerging RE scholars together with senior scholars for intensive work on draft manuscript proposals and follow-up consultations with professional writing coaches.
