As the world struggles to respond to the challenges arising from COVID-19, REA wants you to know that we, too, are seeking to respond in ways that are faithful to our commitments and mission.
It is not yet clear whether we will be able to hold our full meeting in person in November, but whatever the future holds we will find ways to connect and to share our research. Towards that end, we are announcing that the Call for Proposals submission process for the 2020 meeting is now available on our website — but we are shifting the deadline to submit from our typical May 15th to July 1st.
We hope by then the way forward will be clearer. In the meantime, please know that the REA Steering Committee is meeting monthly, and welcomes any ideas/suggestions/concerns you want to send.
We urge you to do all that you can to promote community and relationship in this time of physical distancing and global worries.
