Luther Seminary is pleased to announce a tenure-eligible position in congregational and community care leadership. Responsibilities include teaching foundational and elective courses in Congregational and Community Care Leadership in a variety of academic programs: MDiv, MA, ThM, and PhD. These courses will be taught in various residential, online, and hybrid modalities. The ability to engage in effective web-based and web-enhanced teaching and learning is required. Experience with shaping an inclusive classroom, teaching a diverse student body, and understanding the educational needs of marginalized students is essential.The capacity to accompany students from diverse domestic and international contexts in their vocational formation in an innovative educational culture is expected. The person selected will serve in the faculty’s Leadership Division.
